About the programme
During the last 14 years, the local ING Bank Trainee Program built a sound tradition in attracting and developing young, talented and ambitious graduates.
Such a program represents the ideal way to start and develop a successful career in banking.
Most of our trainees are nowadays successful managers in our organization.
Starting 2011, the local initiative aligns to the global initiative via the ING International Trainee Programme (IITP), a tailor-made program which will shape your future.
Being designed for different business tracks, the IITP program allows you to decide for a General Management or a Commercial Banking career path.
The programme offers an intensive learning experience.
For the first 12 to 18 months, you rotate between different projects or jobs, exposing you to in-depth knowledge of banking. In this way, you see different parts of the business and add value right from the start.
During the program, you receive training in terms of personal and professional development. By the end of the program, you are ready to move on to a specific job assignment. You might even spend time in a different country.
You'll provide the ambition!
We'll provide the opportunities!
